Membership Information


If you would like to be considered for membership please complete a membership application and new member information packet (found in the Documents section of this site) and mail them along with a check for $300.00 initiation fee (please do not send dues at this time) to our Membership Chairman at the address listed below:

Please be sure to fill in the entire form and obtain your sponsor's signatures before mailing. Plan to attend the next regularly scheduled board of directors meeting, with your sponsor, to seek the board's approval for membership. To find the date of the next board meeting, please check the Club Calendar. If you have any questions regarding membership or the application process, please ask your sponsoring member to contact the membership chairman. Thank you.

Potential Member Checklist:

1. Complete Application.
2. Potential Member and Sponsor must sign application.
3. Write check to Fredericksburg Rod & Gun club for $300.00 initiation fee.
4. Mail completed application and check to the Membership Chairman at the address listed above.
5. Have sponsor meet you at the next regularly scheduled Board of Directors Meeting. Do not attend the meeting without your sponsor. The membership chairman will e-mail you the date and time to be present.
